| Oversea As Modern Construction & Management Limited has grown, so has the complexity of our projects, and the need to look outwards to broaden our horizons and to further develop our skills in new environments. Fully equipped and well positioned to respond to the overseas market, the company finally ventured out and started its international activities in Myanmar. We have successfully undertaken large-scale projects abroad, starting with the Novotel Hotel Project in Mandalay followed by the Sofitel Hotel Project in Yangon. Recently, we have undertaken the Renovation Project of the former 19-storey Tet Kham Commercial Building into a 21-storey first-class hotel (Hotel Novotel) in Yangon, Myanmar. Presently, an on-going project is Mandalay Zegyo Shopping & Condominium in Myanmar. |
